Pour three cups of flour into a bowl or onto a flat surface. Make a dome with the flour with a little flour in the middle, making a ring shape. Next, crack both eggs into the middle of the dome. Then, sprinkle the salt all around the dome. Use a fork to beat the eggs then slowly. Fold in the flour into the eggs with the fork. After the mixure seems to be a dough texture, kneed the dough for 5 minutes. After kneeding, let the dough rest by forming the dough into a ball and wrapping it in parchment paper. After about 10 minutes, take the dough out of the paper and cut it into 8ths with a knife. Roll the pasta into thin sheets. If you have a pasta roller use that if not use a rolling pin. Once the pasta is rolled into sheets, cut the sheets into thin strips or if you have a pasta cutter attachment use that. Once your pasta is cut, use a pasta rack for it to dry. Let pasta dry for 20 minutes. In a large pot, boil 4 quarts of water. Once the water is boiling, carefully place in the dried pasta strips into the water. As the pasta cooks stir it to enusre that the pasta doesn't stick together. Cook the pasta for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, drain the water from the pot and place the freshly cooked pasta into bowls. Serve with whatever toppings or sauces you would like to add.
